What is a digital guide?
A digital guide is a downloadable PDF file you receive instantly after purchase. There is nothing to ship — you download the file directly to your device and can open it immediately using any PDF reader (your phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader all work great).
How do I receive my purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads directly from your order confirmation page. If you purchased through Etsy, your download will be available in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews.
What file format are the guides in?
All guides are delivered as PDF files. PDFs are universally compatible and can be opened on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — using free apps like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or Google Drive.
Can I print my guide?
Yes! You are welcome to print your guide for personal use. We design our guides to look great both on screen and in print.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every guide is a one-time purchase. You pay once, download your file, and it is yours to keep forever. No subscriptions, no renewals, no recurring charges.
Can I share my guide with others?
Your purchase grants you a personal license for individual use. Guides may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. If someone you know wants a guide, we’d love for them to grab their own copy!
What if my download link doesn’t work?
Download links occasionally expire or experience technical issues. If you’re having trouble accessing your file, email us at vaultcodigital@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll get you sorted out right away.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file or a delivery problem — we will absolutely make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
