At Vault Co. & Digital, we stand behind the quality of our guides and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Digital Product Policy
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds.
Exceptions
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but did not receive your download link
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The product is significantly different from what was described
How to Request Support
If you experience any of the issues above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at vaultcodigital@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days and do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
Etsy Purchases
If you purchased through our Etsy shop, please refer to Etsy’s buyer policies and contact us through Etsy messaging for the fastest resolution.
